FAQs and Policies

• The legal type of establishment is: Chambre d’hôtes & Gite (bed & breakfast and holiday home)

• We are open from April 1st to November 30th

• We offer free WIFI & parking (in driveway, and additional at La Gendarmerie across the street)

• Our home is a non-smoking property

• Unfortunately, pets are not allowed for the well-being of all our guests

• Check-in is from 4 pm to 7 pm. Check-out is before noon

• We do not serve lunch or dinner on a daily basis. However, our home has an additional full kitchen for guest use. We also have several recommendations for restaurants nearby. Market days in the Luzech square are held every Wednesday morning.

• Laundry service available for additional charge, and upon request

• Terms & Cancellation policy

• Booking is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total amount. The deposit will not be refunded in case of late cancellation (less than 72 hours before arrival), late arrival or early departure.

• All cancellations must be confirmed in writing (email, or mail).

• Cancellation between 15 days to 2 days before the date of arrival: 50% of the stay will be due by bank transfer.

• Cancellation 1 day before arrival, the day of arrival or « NO SHOW »: the entire stay will be due by direct deposit or bank transfer as compensation.
